A sitting fee of $25.00 is paid the day of your photography appointment for a studio session.
For on location,outdoor, or in home photography session please ask for sitting fee prices.

We typically Schedule 1.5 to 2 hours of studio time to take your photographs, additional time will be allotted if available and necessary. This amount of time is usually more than enough time and provides both of us a chance to not rush the session. Our Goal is for you to be satisfied with your session including the number of poses, clothes changes,and backgrounds.

If you have props, mementos, favorite toys for a child, we encourage you to bring them for your session.

We ask and recommend that if you wear glasses to ask your optometrist to lend you a pair of empty frames in your style to avoid glass glare. If this is not available please be aware of additional charges to fix if glare appears this is found under our retouching services section.

If you see a photograph taken in a magazine or somewhere else and want similar bring it and we will try for similar.

A tip for clothing we recommend is to watch sleeveless shirts, tight clothing, and shorts, these can take away from the overall composition of the Photograph. Also don’t be afraid of color, it will make your pictures more vibrant.

A deposit of $50.00 dollars is required to be paid at the end of your photography session. This deposit will be put towards the final cost of your order once you place it. If no order is placed the deposit will be kept to cover post production and time cost.

After The Photography Session We will contact you in 7-12 days. At this time we will provide you with an online code that you simple type into our main web site page to view your proofs if you do not have a way to view online we will be more than happy to set up a viewing session for you free of cost.

After you have been given your event code to view your proofs online or provided a viewing session with us ,you will be given 14 days to place your order, (extensions are possible upon arrangement) We will provide you with an appointment to place your orders.

To place your order we will set up a time to view your order with you and make any last corrections you might want,Image softening or sharpening, tonal adjustments, this also will include providing conversion to B&W or sepia along with partial B&W and color photographs.

At this time we will also go over the packages with you and help you find one that fits what you are looking for in the sizes and amounts provided.

When your order is placed we will give you credit towards it from your initial $50.00 dollar deposit. We then Ask for 50% down payment on the remaining purchase cost with the final 50% amount to be paid upon delivery of your photographs. We ask that the remaining amount be paid and photographs picked up within 30 days unless another arrangement is set up with our agreement.

We provide a basic level of retouching and corrections with your photography session. This includes basic skin smoothing if needed, color enriching, and other basic corrections and retouching.
